- Our fee covers all advertising and website listings as well that of our national partners who include Rightmove, Zoopla, On The Market and Prime Location.
- Included in the single fee, we create your digital and printed marketing particulars including photos, video and For Sale board.
- We also provide unlimited accompanied viewings 7 days a week to suit both the seller and the buyer and even offer courtesy transport for viewings if required.
THERE ARE NO ‘HIDDEN’ EXTRAS AND WE NEVER INCREASE OUR AGREED COMMISSION RATE DURING OUR TERM OF AGREEMENT.
